When you come in, you will be greeted like a friend, and then we will gladly help you choose your meat right off the pit filled with mesquite coals. There are some great choices at Schoepf's; sirloin, brisket, turkey, four kinds of sausage, thick pork chops, chicken halves, pork ribs, and chopped beef or pork. After leaving the pit area, go on inside to get your freshly made sides, desserts, and breads.
